Small Acts of Kindness

This little harvest mouse arrived as a reminder for me.

In the big scheme of things, I may feel small — but small doesn’t mean powerless.

Like the mouse resting on echinacea, this painting came to embody quiet strength and gentle action — the kind that often happens unseen, yet still makes a difference.

I believe in:

  • caring for my neighbors near and far

  • advocating for fairness, transparency, and humane policies

  • protecting our environment and shared home

  • supporting access to healthcare and basic dignity

  • choosing compassion, even when the world feels loud and divided

Not everyone is meant to shout.

Some of us work quietly — writing letters, donating locally, encouraging those who take bolder action, and continuing to offer healing, beauty, and kindness where we can.

Small can still be mighty.

Gentle can still be strong. 🌿💜
